DESIGN CONCIERGE (LIMITED RELEASE)

Most people don’t struggle because they lack inspiration.
They struggle because they get stuck mid-decision.

You’ve done the research.
You’ve watched the videos.
You’ve narrowed it down to a few options.

And then… you freeze.

Is this the right colour?
Is this sofa too big?
Does this layout actually work?

For the first time in years, I’m opening up a small number of client-style projects — online.

Not traditional full-service design.
Not a course.

Instead, this is direct, personal design guidance on your own home, while you design it.

What This Is

This is a 3-month Design Concierge experience, where you get:

  • Private access to me and my in-house designer

  • Real feedback on your actual space

  • Help at the exact moments people usually get stuck

You design your home. We’ll review, refine, and course-correct, but you stay in control of the project.

What This Is Not

  • ❌ This is not a traditional full-service interior design project

  • ❌ We’re not sourcing every item, managing trades, or doing full drawings

  • ❌ We’re not designing everything for you behind the scenes

Instead, this is decision support + professional guidance. Think of it as having access to a designer on your fingertip while you design your home.

What You’ll Get

1. Private Design Concierge Access (3 Months)

For 3 months, you’ll have direct access to me and my in-house designer while you work through your space.

This is for the moments when you’re stuck, second-guessing, or about to make a decision you’re unsure about.

You can use this to:

  • Sanity-check paint colours before you commit

  • Decide between furniture options you’ve already shortlisted

  • Get feedback on layouts, scale, and proportions

  • Solve awkward or “something feels off” spaces

  • Get styling advice that actually works in real homes

  • Get reassurance before you spend money or commit

How it works:

  • Ask questions anytime

  • Share photos, screenshots, links, or short videos

  • Receive thoughtful responses within 48 business hours

2. Focused Space Review (One Area)

You’ll receive a personalised design review for the one area of your home that feels the most unresolved.

This is ideal if you’re stuck on:

  • A layout that doesn’t flow properly

  • An awkward or underused space

  • Furniture that feels the wrong size or placement

  • A room that looks “fine” but doesn’t feel quite right

You’ll choose one space or design dilemma and submit:

  • Photos and/or plans

  • Measurements where relevant

  • A short explanation of what’s not working and what you want the space to do

We’ll then provide a clear, visual design breakdown, delivered as an annotated file, which may include:

  • Layout adjustments and space planning suggestions

  • Zoning or flow improvements

  • Scale and proportion corrections

  • Notes on what to keep, move, replace, or rethink

The goal is to help you see why the space feels off — and exactly how to fix it.

Delivered within 10-15 business days of submission.

3. Optional Video Review (YouTube Feature)

If you’re open to having your project featured on my YouTube channel (with no personal details shared), you may also receive a recorded video review of your space.

This video builds on the same design dilemma you submitted for your focused space review.

I’ll talk through how I’m thinking about the space, what I’m responding to, and how I’d approach improving it in real life, given your constraints, priorities, and goals.

The format and focus of the review will depend on the space itself. Some videos lean more into layout and flow. Others focus on proportion, zoning, or how different elements interact.

Participation is completely optional. This video review is in addition to the focused space review above.

Price: $599 for 3 months of access and support
