Your actual room
Sound familiar?

You've been at it a while and the room still feels off. Or you're standing in a blank space with no idea where to start.

Either way, you can picture how you want it to feel. You just can't see the steps to get there. So you keep scrolling, second-guessing, and putting off the choices that matter. And the priciest mistakes are the easy ones to make by accident.

Getting a room right is a skill, built over years and a fair bit of money lost along the way. Most people don't have either to spare.

That's the whole job of an audit. A trained eye on your space, telling you plainly what to do, what to buy, and what to do first. Whether the room is half-finished or completely empty.

Reynard Lowell
Who's behind it

I've spent years getting rooms right. Now I'll do the same for yours.

My background is in finance and IT, not design. My first apartment was a showroom of matching IKEA that ticked every box and still felt like nobody lived there. I knew something was off. I just couldn't put my finger on what.

Without a designer's instinct to fall back on, I treated it the way I'd treat any problem I couldn't crack. I broke it down, working out why some rooms feel calm and pulled together while others feel busy and a little off. That became the C.O.Z.Y.™ Method. Over the years I've used it on just about every kind of space, from small rentals to multi-storey family homes, on my own projects and on countless client homes with my team.

It's the same process behind your audit. Not guesswork or a gut feeling, but a method tested on real rooms for years, applied to yours.

What lands in your inbox

A plan for your actual room. Not generic advice.

01  The Diagnosis

Your room, marked up

I take your photos and mark them up directly. Every issue gets circled and named, from the dead corner to the lighting that's flattening the whole room. You finally see what your eye has been skating past.

02  The Fix List & Floor Plan

Exactly what to do, and in what order

Every problem comes with a fix. Each one tells you why it matters, how to do it, how hard it is, and roughly what it costs. Move up to The Blueprint and you also get a 2D floor plan drawn to scale, plus sizing, so you know what fits before you buy.

03  The Moodboard & Shopping List

See it finished. Then go buy it.

With The Blueprint, you get a concept moodboard, so you can see the look, the palette, and how your flooring and wall finishes come together. With The Full Design, that becomes a 3D moodboard built with the exact pieces I recommend, paired with a shopping list of every product and where to buy it.

Start to finish

Three steps, and the hard thinking is done for you.

i

Fill in a short form

Send a few photos, your measurements, and a couple of notes on how you use the room. Takes about ten minutes.

ii

We build your audit

My design team builds your audit using the C.O.Z.Y.™ Method, and I personally review every one before it goes out. You'll have it back within 10 business days.

iii

You get your plan

A clear, do-it-in-order document lands in your inbox. No more second-guessing. Just the next right move, and the one after that.

Choose your level

One room. Three ways to do it.

A designer charges $1,500 to $5,000 or more to work on a single room. This is that same trained thinking, applied to your space, for a fraction of the price.

Every audit is done by hand and personally reviewed, so I only take a few on at a time. Spots are limited.

Be honest with yourself

Is a room audit right for you?

This is for you if

  • You've got a room that matters, and you want it right, not just good enough.
  • You'd rather make a few confident calls than keep second-guessing every one.
  • You're happy to do the work yourself. You just want to know what work to do.

It's probably not for you if

  • You want someone to show up and do the whole thing for you.
  • You're after one quick tip, not a full plan. My free YouTube has plenty of those.
  • You'd rather learn the method and use it on every room. That's what the course is for.
My promise

Built to a standard I put my name to.

Every audit is reviewed by me personally before it reaches you. If anything in your plan misses the mark, tell me and I'll make it right. You should come away knowing exactly what to do next.

People who finally got unstuck

★★★★★
I'd been second-guessing every choice in our living room for months. My audit laid out what was wrong and what to do, step by step. I can finally see how it all fits together, and I'm buying pieces without that knot of doubt.

I was about to buy a sofa that would have swallowed the whole room. The floor plan and sizing caught it before I spent a cent, and the shopping list sent me straight to pieces that actually fit. It easily paid for itself.

I'm not a designer, and I always felt like I just didn't have the eye for it. Seeing our bedroom marked up made it so obvious what was missing. For the first time I had a real plan instead of a Pinterest board and a headache.

Before you ask

The honest answers

I already follow your YouTube, or I could just buy the course. Why pay for this?
Fair question. The course teaches you the method so you can design any room yourself. That's the DIY path, and it's brilliant if you want the skill for life. The audit applies that method to your specific room, for you. The course is "teach me to fish." The audit is "I'm hungry now, tell me exactly what to cook in this kitchen." Plenty of people do both.
What exactly do you need from me?
You fill in a short form with a few clear photos of the room from different angles, the basic measurements, and a few notes on how you live in the space. Who uses it, what's not working, and how you'd love it to feel. It takes about ten minutes.
How long until I get it back?
Your audit lands within 10 business days of us receiving everything we need.
Which rooms can you audit?
Living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, home offices, nurseries, entryways, and other furnished spaces. I don't audit kitchens or bathrooms. Those are renovation-led, built around cabinetry, plumbing, and tiling rather than furnishing and styling, so they're a different job to this one.
My room is half-empty or mid-renovation. Will this still work?
Yes. An empty or unfinished room is often the easiest to plan well, because you aren't working around choices you already regret. Send what you've got and tell us where you're at.
Do I have to buy everything you recommend?
Not at all. The plan is yours to work through at your own pace and budget. Tackle the quick wins this month and the bigger pieces later. Nothing is locked to a particular shop or price.
Which tier should I pick?
If you mainly need to know what's wrong and what to do, start with The Audit. If you also want a layout you can execute and a feel for the finished look, go Blueprint. That's where most people land. If you want the finished room mapped out in 3D with exact products you can buy, that's The Full Design, which is currently available to customers in the US, Canada, Australia and the UK.
